International shipping will be processed through Royal Mail, using Tracked service.

Customs
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We are not able to cover the costs of tax/charges.
International Customs tax/charges are not within our control so you may be required to pay this depending on your location
Returns
How It Works
Please use our get in in touch button asap if you have any issues with your product.

All goods must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery.

We are happy to return any items due to quality issues, either offering a full refund or exchange on return of the original product.

PLEASE NOTE MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY or WE MADE AN ERROR WITH SIZING.
Sadly, we are unable to return any product custom made which had been sized/measured incorrectly by the customer. We strongly advise you take care in getting accurate measurements and contact us if any help is needed.
Returns are accepted for all standard sizing products, but must be returned in a re sellable condition and not worn.

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting.
